Manage and optimize your relationships and customer information

We created three different bundles so different organization types have a fitting solution. When we deliver a SuiteCRM-environment, we configure them differently. Ofcourse you can change many of the aspects afterwards. And it’s possible to extend the functionalitities of the bundles by choosing extra modules.

Do you still have extra needs, we offer the possibility to configure the CRM for you or develop new functionality for you. In the many years we’ve been working with SuiteCRM, we created a set of advanced tools which we use for an efficient develoment project and a dynamic and optimized user experience.

In the table below you can find a description of the bundles and below the table you can read more about the guiding principles we used to create those bundles. If you recognize your organization in one of the descriptions, you might consider starting with that one. You can always upgrade later, if necessary.

CRM Starter

Aimed at a starting company with one to five users in the CRM. Every user has to cover all bases. There is no clear separations in functions. The company focuses on customer management, winning offers an managing the revenues.

To support this, we supply CRM’s of this type with a pre-configured dashboard.

First, you’ll see a “business To-do” app. You can easily manage your personal tasks from there.
Next to that, you get a clear presentation what activities you and the company should currently be doing. This is in the form of a number of useful reports. Partly these are meant for your information, so you know where to start. Partly they serve as a way to check how things are going of by giving insight in the status of business.

Next to the above, you get the services we always provide: regular updates and a daily back-up of all the data in your CRM.

 

CRM MKB (SMB)

Aimed at the SMB with defined roles within the same company. The number of users is bteween three and fifteen. The different roles have their own start page to effectively perform and manage their specific tasks from there. Processes are a more important part and have to be automated where possible. The company further focuses on sales, keeping in toch with customers and customer satisfaction when resolving customer support requests.

These extra requirements are met with “MyRole HomePage”, which makes management of user dashboards/start pages possible. We supply the CRM with several dashboards for the differing roles. These dashboards exist of multiple tabs. The first tab is focused on your own work, the second gives an overview of your role’s status en the last one an overview of the company status.
vCases supports resolving customer requests. The Work Flow module helps with automating recurring tasks. You design those using a graphic modeller.

CRM Enterprise

Aimed at larger companies with between ten and hundreds of users. The company is comprised of multiple departments. There are complex interactions, ofter project oriented. HR aspects like registrating your hours are important. Supporting team work, so members can easily exchange ideas, is essential. Every department has their own manager.

TO support this, we supply serveral extra modules: project management and a time sheet. Every role gets their own startpage/dashboard with their own specific functionality.

We offer consultancy services to confiure and customize the CRM to meet the organization’s needs. Where necessary, we can help introducing the CRM successfully.

The daily will be available as automatic download for our enterprise customers. You can use your own authentication system, as we support logging in with SSO SAML. And as a final touch, you can use your own domain name while we manage the security certificates.
