Our mission

We think it’s important that large and smaller organizations can ake use of applications that suit their needs. Often, we see organizations in the SMB “drown” in information, but not being able to use that effectively. Or that organizations keep themselves busy with solving returning issues daily, without ever being able to create a permanent solution.

Additionally, the constantly changing laws and rules concerning obtaining, storage, usage and disposal of information are hard to keep up with. Think for example about the GDPR/AVG. These laws require that an organization always knows what information it has, who has access and with what purpose it’s used.
You can’t manage that with shared tasks in Outlook or lists in Excel or Google Docs.

You need good tools nodig that help you and invite usage by all concerned. Not trying to circumvent the organization’s rules and processes because the IT tools provided aren’t user friendly.

Because we only use configurable, freely customizable applications, we can adapt them to have maximum effect within the available budget.
To get to that maximum effect, we only offer a few core applications that can solve a large number of commonly experienced organizational issues.

Our core values

Working together

Working together is the key to a successful cooperation. That starts with being honest during our first meeting and keep telling the truth during configuration, implementation and usage.

Honest advice. We always try to give a complete picture as possible of our software and services. What’s possible and what’s not possible.
Working together. You know what the situation is and what issues there are to solve. We’re going to try helping solve them. That means regular communication about approach, progress and asking for input and testing.
Result-oriented approach. If we start a project, our primary target is a successful end. That means we take our responsibility for the final result, but ask you for the same.

Flexibility and value

Regularly we hear that our customers are surprised that we can achieve more with the same budget than other parties. And that we can achieve things others can’t on won’t.

Do it yourself or outsource. Every service we provide has options for you to, at least partly, configure the application yourself. You have the choice to do the configuration yourself or outsource it to us.
Thinking along with your needs. We can start with the parts that get you the biggest wins and work on the smaller details later.
Flexible delivery. You pay a fee per user per month. The first contract is three months, after which you can a service per whole month. Usually, we provide you with standard services within one working day.

Transparency

Open, flexible software gives us possibilities to make the adjustments and customizations you need. We don’t want to limit what you can do and expect the same from the software we use.

Transparency. We exclusively use open source software that supports open standaards. You must be able to use your own data. It shouldn’t be locked in a closed application!
Accessible. You use our services with Windows, Mac, Linux, smartphone and tablet. And of course, there are always API’s available that make integrating with other software possible.
User friendly. The software is easy to use and has a use rfriendly interface. Any updates that have an impact on the user experience we communicate in time. So you and your employees can prepare.

Veiligheid

Gegevens zijn geld waard. Een slechte beveiliging van privacygevoelige gegevens kan je een boete opleveren en je bedrijfsimage is permanent geschonden. Wij gebruiken alleen applicaties die vanuit de basis rekening houden met veiligheid.

Veiligheid. Wij gebruiken solide software en beveiligen het opslaan en opvragen van data. De gegevens gaan uitsluitend over een beveiligde verbinding tussen jouw apparatuur en de dienst(en).
Het blijft jouw data. Wij bekijken jouw data niet, ook niet ‘geanonimiseerd’ en blokkeren of hinderen je niet als jij je data bij ons wilt weghalen. Elke applicatie kent een mogelijkheid voor export van gegevens zonder tussenkomst van ons.
Continue verbetering. Stilstand is achteruitgang. Dat geldt m.n. op het internet. We houden updates nauwlettend in de gaten en blijven ons platform continue verbeteren.

Our partners

ECM2 is lid van de Dutch Cloud Community. Die heeft als doel om collectief de belangen van bedrijven in en direct gelieerd aan de ISP-sector te behartigen en te vertegenwoordigen.
Onderdeel van Dutch Cloud Community is een onafhankelijke geschillencommissie. Indien er een conflict ontstaat dat niet onderling is op te lossen, kan je dat geschil voorleggen aan deze commissie.

REM Automatisering is 30 jaar actief als automatiseerder en profileert zich nadrukkelijk als Open Source ontwikkelaar met het VTH pakket OpenWave als zeer succesvol resultaat, in gebruik bij gemeenten en Omgevingsdiensten. Gestreefd wordt naar een zo uitgebreid mogelijke OpenSource suite voor de Vergunning, toezicht en handhaving organisatie. Koppeling met Alfresco, Libreoffice, Postgresql en het gebruik van open koppelvlakken maken dat mogelijk.

Docuwork is een vooraanstaande leverancier van oplossingen op het gebied van procesoptimalisatie, intelligente documentverwerking, digitale archivering en back log scanning. Docuwork levert het platform DocYard voor digitalisering van de postkamer, het uitlezen van data en automatische document classificatie. Uiteindelijk belanden de gescande documenten, inclusief metadata in het Alfresco DMS.

Easy Office Online is onze partner voor het leveren van VoIP-oplossingen. Deze oplossing is gekoppeld aan SuiteCRM, waarbij je doorklikt naar de juiste persoon in het CRM, of je rechtstreeks uit het CRM kunt bellen. Vast of mobiel. Easy Office Online levert daarnaast werkplekken en internet.
