This is an update on what we are working on and what has happened recently.

We have opened a suggestion box, where all our customers can submit ideas. You can find this in your CRM in the menu at the top right. Hover over your name and choose “Send a suggestion to ECM2”. All suggestions are welcome!
For new CRM customers with at least five users, we have a promotion, where you get four hours of advice/development for free. With this we want you to get started quickly and benefit from the CRM. Contact us if you are interested.
We are working on a Zendesk replacement in the CRM itself. This means that communication via e-mail can take place directly IN your CRM and the customer file is completely available. This will contain the most important functionality, without all the forced complexity that has crept into Zendesk in recent years. You will also be able to save a lot on costs per user. We will keep you informed of the availability!
